This may seem trivial to some but we get
calls and e-mails from customers almost daily that haven't
done this and they
wonder what happened to our responses. We (George)
can process as many as 2-300 e-mail in a day. Some
systems request the sender to fill out an on-line form
in order for the e-mail to reach the recipient we are replying
to. We
simply do not have time to fill out request forms to get
a reply to your request to you. |
