  Paper Creek Depot

The Paper Creek Depot is a small station in the "Arts and Crafts" style that was popular in the early part of the 1900's; especially the 1920's. Many fine examples exist today throughout the American West and Central states. Because of it's small size and interesting character, it will look great on most layouts, without feeling overpowering or obtrusive.
The depot is built up from richly detailed textures of wood, brick, and shake shingles printed on thick, high quality paper which is layered to create a very three-dimensional look. The walls and trim details require only a little painting to conceal the white edges of the paper, but the shingles and platform are printed on colored paper which requires no edge touch-up painting at all. The wall siding and platform appear to be built of individual "boards" and the windows can be built open or closed.
Pictured above is the HO scale version. It has a 6 1/4" x 3 1/2" footprint.
