Note:
First: Some Micro-Trains releases
can be limited and run out at M-TL in the first 1-2 days of
the month.
Second:
Occasionally M-TL allocates orders and even when we order
additional quantities beyond our Auto-Ship quantities on the
first day of orders at 7:00am we do not receive all we ordered.
If this happens this month, we may be forced to allocate to
our reservations based on timing of the reserve. If the customer
requests multiple copies of an item they may be limited.
Third: Beginning with the June
2008 releases Micro-Trains© Line delivers auto-ship quantities
"simultaneously" across the United States.
Our shipment should arrive on the second or third business
day of the month. This means that our window for reservations
is now shorter. Once they arrive here, stock pricing
applies. Please try to place your reservations
by close of business on the first business day of the month.
For most of our customers this will not be an issue.
Fourth:
As always, if you have reserved (via e-mail
with confirmation) an entire run of a series we will pre-order
enough of those items to always fill your order. Also
customers who order complete monthly releases are assured
of getting theirs as well. |

This limited edition train set celebrates 25 years of Z scale from Micro-Trains! Back in 1985 Micro-Trains released its first Z scale freight car, and since then we have produced 26 different freight and passenger car body styles, 4 locomotives, over 400 different paint schemes, a section track system and 25 laser kit structures! This set features a GP-9 locomotive and four freight cars, all decorated in northwest schemes. The box car carries a plastic pellet load, the gondola has a zinc load, the bulkhead is hauling an injection molding machine and a CNC milling machine and the well car carries a 25th Anniversary container, all on a special delivery route to the MTL factory. The set also includes a special laser kit of the Grape Street building in Medford where Micro-Trains first began.

years you’ve asked that we produce circus
trains, so we felt it was time to bring you the
best! Micro-Trains is proud to announce that July
1st, 2009 will mark the first release of a Ringling
Bros. and Barnum & Bailey circus car produced
by Micro-Trains!
Ringling
Brothers and Barnum & Bailey
Ringling
Brothers and Barnum & Bailey has a history
rich with trains. Trains became an integral part
of the circus as far back as 1872 when they were
first used by the P.T. Barnum Circus. These were
flat cars to transport wagons, sleeper cars for
the workers and performers, boxcars for supplies
and palace cars for the live animals. By using
the railroad, a circus could reach far more cities
in much less time which contributed greatly to
their growth. In 1919, the two largest circuses
using the railroad, Ringling Bros. and Barnum
& Bailey Circus, combined to form the Ringling
Bros and Barnum& Bailey Circus we know today.
Over the years Ringling Bros. and Barnum &
Bailey has used hundreds of freight and passenger
cars to bring the circus to major cities across
America.

This
winter Micro-Trains will produce prototype train
sets of Ringling Bros. and Barnum &
Bailey™ train sets based on the train cars
that currently travel on the Ringling Bros.
and Barnum & Bailey™ ‘Red Unit’. These
sets will include a variety of passenger car
styles, as well as several flat cars with trailers. Sets
will be pre-ordered in advance. Price and
release dates to be determined.
