Please Note:

First: Some Micro-Trains releases can be limited and run out at M-TL in the first 1-2 days of the month.

Second: Occasionally M-TL allocates orders and even when we order additional quantities beyond our Auto-Ship quantities on the first day of orders at 7:00am we do not receive all we ordered. If this happens this month, we may be forced to allocate to our reservations based on timing of the reserve. If the customer requests multiple copies of an item they may be limited.

Third: Beginning with the June 2008 releases Micro-Trains© Line delivers auto-ship quantities "simultaneously" across the United States. Our shipment should arrive on the second or third business day of the month. This means that our window for reservations is now shorter. Once they arrive here, stock pricing applies. Please try to place your reservations by close of business on the first business day of the month. For most of our customers this will not be an issue.

Fourth: As always, if you have reserved (via e-mail with confirmation) an entire run of a series we will pre-order enough of those items to always fill your order. Also customers who order complete monthly releases are assured of getting theirs as well.
