We expect our first delivery for the month to arrive on the third business day of the month. We ask that you please email your Pre-Orders so that we receive them before 8am on that day!

Weathered cars are typically announced between the 12th and 17th of the month and Pre-Order pricing expires when they arrive here. Please Pre-Order IMMEDIATELY when weathered cars are announced!

Pre-Order pricing applies until the time listed above, or when we are unable to get any more, whichever is earlier.

Please Note:

First: Some Micro-Trains releases can be limited and run out at M-TL in the first 1-2 days of the month.

Second: Occasionally M-TL allocates orders and even when we order additional quantities beyond our Auto-Ship quantities on the first day of orders at 7:00am we do not receive all we ordered. If this happens this month, we may be forced to allocate to our reservations based on timing of the reserve. If the customer requests multiple copies of an item they may be limited.

Third: Beginning with the June 2008 releases Micro-Trains© Line delivers auto-ship quantities "simultaneously" across the United States. Our shipment should arrive on the second or third business day of the month. This means that our window for reservations is now shorter. Once they arrive here, stock pricing applies. Please try to place your reservations by close of business on the first business day of the month. For most of our customers this will not be an issue.

Fourth: As always, if you have reserved (via e-mail with confirmation) an entire run of a series we will pre-order enough of those items to always fill your order. An Entire Series means just that. If you say you want all the circus items you will get ALL the circus items unless WE indicate that an item is not included. Also customers who order complete monthly releases are assured of getting theirs as well.

Milwaukee Road
Road #: MILW 2623
50' Standard Box Car w/ Plug Door
Part #: MTL-032 00 420

This 50’ standard box car with plug door has maroon sides with yellow stripes, black ends and aluminum roof. It was built in February 1964 and runs on Roller Bearing trucks. MILW 2623 is classed as RBL and is part of the 2600-2654 fifty-car series. This series has specially equipped interiors and is not suitable for general service. Over 20 years later, 20 cars form this series were still in operation with MILW reporting marks in the same paint scheme.
