Built by Pullman-Standard starting in the late 1940's and into the 1950's, the PS-2 Covered Hoppers were used to transport granular bulk commodities, such as cement, soda ash, sand and grain.

50-ton friction bearing or 70-ton roller bearing (where appropriate by road name)
Intricate brake detail
