Built in the 1960's by GE, the U25B locomotives were a common sight on railroads across the country.
A mid-horsepower four-axle road switcher, this 'U-boat' model was G.E.s breakout unit that made it a true competitor of EMD, Alco & Fairbanks Morse

Atlas' high quality N scale locomotive is modeled after GE's U25B introduced in the 1960s. The U25B locomotives were a common sight on railroads across the country. This replica has the same high detail and standards you have come to expect from an Atlas locomotive.
